Fill out the enrollment form or fill out the request for private tutoring form.
Contact your Educational Specialist (ES), and let them know that you would like to enroll your student to KYUNIVERS. (Please provide your ES with the exact meeting days and times of each lesson of the course in which you are enrolling).
ES Responsibility: Your ES will submit a purchase order (PO) for your student.
ES & Vendor Responsibility: Once we receive the PO, your student will be added to the roster, and you will be sent an email confirmation of your student’s enrollment.
