TERMS OF PAYMENT:

KYUNICOURSE (NON-CHARTER SCHOOL): An invoice, payable via Zelle, will be sent upon enrollment. Full payment is required 24 hours prior to the initial scheduled lesson. Failure to submit payment prior to the due date may result in your student being withdrawn from the course to allow other students on the waitlist to participate.

PRIVATE TUTORING (NON-CHARTER SCHOOL): A monthly invoice, payable via Zelle, will be sent upon enrollment. Full payment is required 24 hours prior to the initial scheduled lesson. Failure to submit payment prior to the due date may result in your student being withdrawn from their private tutoring session.

KYUNICOURSE & PRIVATE TUTORING (PAYMENT BY CHARTER SCHOOL FUNDS): Upon submission of the enrollment form, parent shall inform their student’s Educational Specialist (ES) of their student’s registration at KYUNIVERS. A charter school student cannot attend instruction unless KYUNiVERS has a purchase order (PO) with the attending student’s full name (as listed on the charter school’s official record) and the exact dates of instruction.

KYUNiVERS offers a wide variety of language courses in French, Japanese, Korean, and ESL as well as private tutoring in foreign languages and K-12 math and English. Our classes are inclusive and free from any form of discrimination based on gender, gender identity, race, religion, nationality, or ethnic origin.

To ensure a secure environment for our students and staff and provide the best possible learning experience, the following regulations apply:


WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

At KYUNiVERS, we understand that unexpected events can arise. If you need to withdraw your student from our program, please do so as soon as possible to make room for other students on the waitlist.

Withdrawal requests may be emailed to info@kyunivers.org or fill out and submit a KYUNiVERS withdrawal form provided below.

MISSED KYUNICOURSE CLASSES:

Actively enrolled students are provided via email all activities and updates after each class.

Absent students who remain enrolled in the course are provided with a summary of what they missed and an opportunity to present or showcase any work missed at the next scheduled session.

To ensure that our classes run smoothly, please inform us of any foreseen absences.

*Please note that there are no make-up classes or refunds given on missed KYUNIcourse classes.


PRIVATE TUTORING WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

Should you decide to terminate private tutoring sessions for your student, kindly request a withdrawal via email to info@kyunivers.org or by completing the withdrawal form below. We guarantee a full refund for any unfinished private tutoring sessions upon receiving the withdrawal request. Please note that without an official withdrawal notice, the client is liable for any missed (no-show) classes.

MISSED PRIVATE TUTORING SESSIONS:

Both your time and our tutors’ time are precious to us. We offer one make-up session per month for any missed private tutoring sessions. If arranging make-up sessions is not possible, we can bank your missed session for later use.

*Please note that banked hours cannot be converted into a refund or monetary credit for the following month.
